Refund policy
At UrbanWave84, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing kitchen organization products from our store. We therefore offer eligible customers a 30-day free return and refund period.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin a return, please contact us at support@UrbanWave84.store and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Our customer support team will provide the applicable return instructions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product should generally be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received and should include the components and accessories originally supplied with it.
We understand that reasonable inspection may be necessary to determine whether a product is suitable. However, products that have been intentionally damaged, materially altered, misused, or returned with missing essential components may not qualify for a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, materially different from what you ordered, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us promptly at support@UrbanWave84.store.
Please include your order number and, when helpful, clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the information and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Free Returns
Eligible returns initiated within our 30-day return period are offered free of return shipping charges in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Customers should not independently send products to the store address without first contacting us, as the appropriate return destination or procedure may differ.
Refunds
After an eligible return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Although we process approved refunds as promptly as reasonably possible, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate the request when the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy.
